What We're Reading

- The Mom Project is a community committed to helping women remain active in the workforce in every stage of the journey.
- AF: Not new but relevant: Harvard Extension School’s Resume and Cover Letters Guide From resume tips to solid action words to how to write an effective cover letter, there’s a lot of information to help you put your best foot forward.
- #HireBlack - Identifying, attracting, and connecting high-performing diverse talent in our network with companies and organizations
- Joanna Bloor's Amplify Lab - "Isn’t it time to take agency of your career adventure?" - Joanna comes from our industry, she gets us, and she also gets that we often don't position ourselves in the most favorable light. She helps you rethink how you present yourself.

Job Boards for Diverse Talent
- Looking for input on resources that are actively encouraging inclusivity.
- Here are some we have found:
- The Brand Lab - Great website with a job board and information for students / people starting out. Check out the Fearless Conference 2023 on May 4 (and may the fourth be with you!).
- Another great resource we found is Hue. You need to sign up to be a member, but you should join to meet other talent of color and supporters ready to lift each other up and amplify our collective voices.
- If you are an employer, please feel free to use our job board - use this link to add your jobs. We are building our reach and using social media and other avenues to help you get the talent you need. Also look into partnering with Hue. They can help build something custom to help you reach your employment goals.
- If you are a job seeker, please ask to join our Job Seeker Program! Completely anoynomous, we reach out on social media and have had success matching people with employers. The form we ask you to fill out will be reviewed and if you need any help, just ask.
