Great Tips from Colleagues on LinkedIn

mc: LinkedIn’s 2023 Jobs on the Rise list uses unique LinkedIn data to uncover the 25 fastest-growing job titles over the past five years — providing insight into where the workforce is headed. Amanda included this one last month, but I am leaving it in because I like it so much. Not only are their roles directly plucked from our industry: Head of Revenue Operations, Online Campaign Manager, and Product Operations Manager. But some roles require our industry's skills - Sales Enablement Specialist, Growth Marketing Manager, Data Governance Manager, Content Designer, Strategy & Operations Manager, Sales Development Representative, Customer Marketing Manager, Deal Manager, and Customer Success Associate.

RB: All talk at this point is recession and layoffs. Business insider gives it a potentially positive spin since most people find jobs relatively quickly.

RB: This article dates back to March 2022, but I just learned about it, and it mentions something MediaOcean is doing: “hiring managers strictly focus on the requirements to be successful in the role versus behavioral traits that often, when left to interpretation, lead to bias.” I wasn’t aware of https://www.inhersight.com/ before, but it looks like a great resource.
